Logical democratic decision,Ban on use of red beacons✌

Well, the basic perception is that red color denotes something dangerous or harmful.Though It only showed VIP culture when put in beacons of vehicles. Everyone is a VIP in his /her own eyes. It's the great work that should distinguish an elite person and not red colored beacon on the top of a motor vehicle. Thank you honourable PM for bringing citizens at parity.

Education nowadays means less man mak¡ng and more money making.

Education nowadays means less man mak¡ng and more money making. Rather than putting emphasis on human resource development, the education system is finding ideas to extract out money from student by way of fees for ample of activities. In govt. owned institutions it ain't done but in various other private institutions, coaching centers etc making money by way of providing quality education is becoming a trend. And unfortunately we,the students are left with no options. The reservation system for backward classes is no doubt a good measure to promote these people but now it is being done so much that its curbing and ignoring the potential and skill of students who belongs to general category. Imagine a doctor operating a patient with lesser knowledge who managed to bag a seat in elite MBBS college in place of one who could not make it because of reservation based eligibility criteria inspite of having higher marks (i,e higher knowledge). It’s a presumed stuff that the dr. operating such patient would be having lesser knowledge in comparison to one who got rejected and all this is gonna effect the patient who is hoping for a better life after medication or surgery. On the other hand poor parents who inspite of knowing the capability of their children are unable to fund their education due to increasing corruption and money demanded for admission. In elite private schools, nowadays for getting your kid admitted you're required to pay donation.Does it really make sense? In order to meet the cost incurred in providing education, the fee is supposed to be set in such a way that cost incurred in procuring educational facilities can be recovered ,so demand of donation is completely unjustified. Educational institutions are non-profit organizations and it is supposed to provide educational services to people belonging to all sections of society irrespective of their income or wealth.
our govt. should know that rather than playing dirty politics and investing country's precious wealth on cricket, it should invest in rural development, upliftment of weak education system, military forces who work 24*7 for protection of common people.. All these could be done only if our political system would be corruption free. A sole honest leader honourable Shri Narendra Modiji could not eradicate corruption but a collaborative effort made by ministers of various states can make a corruption free India. So guys think again before electing and giving votes. IT REALLY COUNTS.

Feel alive even in small moments of togetherness.

Let's get the idea of independence not from the viewpoint of we, the human beings but from viewpoint of the creatures who doesn't posses any material belongings with themselves but still they fly high with all the esteem & freedom. And they're the birds, flying in the open sky, like a free soul, they actually defines the real meaning of INDEPENDENCE.when they look above then the sky is their only limit & when they look down then fresh green environment awaits for them in a very welcoming way where they can take shelter, search for food, protect themselves from possible threats & fulfill basic requirements to live a happy life.
We, human beings need to be like these birds if we want to enjoy independence. So let's be like them.Have a pleasant & happy life. Let's abandon greed, lust, undue anger & jealousy & practice to stay happy & feel alive even in small moments of togetherness.

Transportation in kolkata inspite of being metro city is still a mess.

Don't know what's wrong with Kolkata's cab drivers. Everytime I board a cab I either get to hear "Rs.50/60 jiada dedo" or else they knowingly take through complicated path just to surge meter count. If the government has planned and fixed prices for cab rides(except Ola, uber, taxi for sure, meru etc) then why always new stuffs are being demanded by cabbies? Moreover the NO REFUSAL written on cabs hardly makes sense since most of the times we get to hear a "NO" from cabbies. And special mention about those days when it rains heavily then just to travel few kilometers you either have to pay high price or else be ready to hear a refusal! For covering short distances there is no provision of e-rickshaws in many areas which creates problems as well. The ancient style rickshaws pulled by humans are way too harsh to take a ride on. It feels like someone is carrying your "bier" while you're still alive .

Faded simplicity might not draw our attention but it does stay way longer beside us!

While analysing the mindset of youth of today's generation, I could actually compare human being's perception is same for animals and other human beings. A colourful and attractive fish Is kept in an aquarium with clean water and beautiful surrounding while other ugly species are killed and consumed. Similarly most human beings show much concern to wealthy, successful and attractive people & ignore simple ones. They don't realise that faded simplicity might not draw our attention but it does stay way longer beside us.

change in political system is the need of the era.

The ones who have been given authority to frame rules are themselves not bounded to follow rules. No entrance test to get election tickets, no qualification is required to hold elite designations. The most disappointing stuff is that even rank holder IAS(s) has to work under less literate or illiterate Minister-in-charge & follow orders when they themselves are capable enough of framing policies.
When we've entrance exams for entering into any kinda profession then why not for entering into politics? Doesn't politicians make money when they assume power? Doesn't they enjoy benefits given by indian government ? It's said that when you wanna enjoy the benefits  out of something then you're supposed to work hard to make yourself worthy enough to enjoy such benefits. Why does all the rules fails when it comes to politics? It's agreed that for doing social work we don't require any degree or qualification but for framing and implementing rules we do need in-depth knowledge which can only be acquired through learning. Nowadays we see ample of scams and murders happening throughout the country, don't you think that giving huge power to just anyone is actually leading to misuse of the same which finally leads to crime and corruption. Though there are honest and hardworking public servants who doesn't have strong academic background still by the virtue of their practical experience they're making india powerful and developed. But these kinda politicians are very few in numbers. So,a change in political system is the need of the era.

Union Budget review 2016 and 2017

It's good to go through union budget 2016 that's rejuvenating & full focused on agriculture & rural economy. Keeping great focus on farmers & bpl population is again a good initiative. There is something for almost all sectors including startups. But there shall be some provisions to deregulate startups too since in booming economy like India there are always huge chances of defraud by culpable minds. Though increased tariff on cigarettes is a good initiative to curb unhealthy habits but on the other hand not changing beedi rates will help the mass population in getting more habituated with it. The amnesty scheme on unaccounted money has both positive & negative impact since on one hand it's gonna help defaulters to avoid prosecution but on the other hand it'll motivate them to accumulate more black money for future settlement using scheme. Overall reforms on taxes are stable.

Union Budget 2017 was tough to frame in the recent years due to the demonetization of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes that induced much issues in the individuals' life. However, the Concept of 'something for everyone' has been kept intact this year too. Revamp of budget this year was fine & stable.

# Great work by our honorable finance minister !

Suicide Awareness !

Wanna kill yourself? Imagine this. You come home from school one day. You've had yet another horrible day. You’re just ready to give up. So you go to your room, close the door, and take out that suicide note you’ve written and rewritten over and over and over You take out those razor blades, and cut for the very last time. You grab that bottle of pills and take them all. Laying down, holding the letter to your chest, you close your eyes for the very last time. A few hours later, your little brother knocks on your door to come tell you dinners ready. You don’t answer, so he walks in. All he sees is you laying on your bed, so he thinks you’re asleep. He tells your mom this. Your mom goes to your room to wake you up. She notices something is odd. She grabs the paper in your hand and reads it. Sobbing, she tries to wake you up. She’s screaming your name. Your brother, so confused, runs to go tell Dad that “Mommy is crying and sissy won’t wake up.” Your dad runs to your room. He looks at your mom, crying, holding the letter to her chest, sitting next to your lifeless body. It hits him, what’s going on, and he screams. He screams and throws something at the wall. And then, falling to his knees, he starts to cry. Your mom crawls over to him, and they sit there, holding each other, crying. The next day at school, there’s an announcement. The principal tells everyone about your suicide. It takes a few seconds for it to sink in, and once it does, everyone goes silent. Everyone blames themselves. Your teachers think they were too hard on you. Those mean popular girls, they think of all the things they’ve said to you. That boy that used to tease you and call you names, he can’t help but hate himself for never telling you how beautiful you really are. Your ex boyfriend, the one that you told everything to, that broke up with you.. He can’t handle it. He breaks down and starts crying, and runs out of the school. Your friends? They’re sobbing too, wondering how they could never see that anything was wrong, wishing they could have helped you before it was too late. And your best friend? She’s in shock. She can’t believe it. She knew what you were going through, but she never thought it would get that bad… Bad enough for you to end it. She can’t cry, she can’t feel anything. She stands up, walks out of the classroom, and just sinks to the floor. Shaking, screaming, but no tears coming out. It’s a few days later, at your funeral. The whole town came. Everyone knew you, that girl with the bright smile and bubbly personality. The one that was always there for them, the shoulder to cry on. Lots of people talk about all the good memories they had with you, there were a lot. Everyone’s crying, your little brother still doesn’t know you killed yourself, he’s too young. Your parents just said you died. It hurts him, a lot. You were his big sister, you were supposed to always be there for him. Your best friend, she stays strong through the entire service, but as soon as they start lowering your casket into the ground, she just loses it. She cries and cries and doesn’t stop for days. It’s two years later. Your teachers all quit their job. Those mean girls have eating disorders now. That boy that used to tease you cuts himself. Your ex boyfriend doesn’t know how to love anymore and just sleeps around with girls. Your friends all go into depression. Your best friend? She tried to kill herself. She didn’t succeed like you did, but she tried…your brother? He finally found out the truth about your death. He self harms, he cries at night, he does exactly what you did for years leading up to your suicide. Your parents? Their marriage fell apart. Your dad became a workaholic to distract himself from your death. Your mom got diagnosed with depression and just lays in bed all day. People care. You may not think so, but they do. Your choices don’t just effect you. They effect everyone. Don’t end your life, you have so much to live for. Things can’t get better if you give up.
