Growth is directly related to change.India needs to change.

In western countries it's like earn while you learn.This doesn't only helps youngsters to fund their education but also helps them to get practical job experience as soon as they step outside school.They get a chance to groom themselves early in life without the need to deep dive into books. Real world is way too different from bookish world.

However,in India companies set so much benchmarks to recruit a person that by the time they grab a job,they've already wasted so many years for hunting a decent job.

Additionally,education loans burden them so much that even after securing job they have to invest so many years to repay such loan.Half of their life end up getting messed up with hunting for jobs & paying loans.

This also affects the GDP growth of india because inspite of being capable to work,youngsters end up investing time in getting degrees which ultimately doesn't get that valued because most company look to recruit experienced people.

We see highly talented people are working in low salaries,talented people getting laid off,unequal payment for skilled and unskilled or semi-skilled people. All these force many indians to leave India in search of  better life in western countries.

Unskilled/semi-skilled people often end up doing crimes to feed their families. Statistics in India has shown that poverty has been most prominent reason for crimes in India. 

When actually we will see a positive change in our country ? Can our next generation feel the change which we couldn't feel ? 

With such questions in mind all I can do is just to wait for change to happen.

1. Less automobile emissions in environment which means less harmful chemicals like carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter, volatile organic compounds and benzene in air that we breathe.

2. Less accident's related deaths.

3. People are becoming more serious about personal hygiene and sanitization.

4. Less litter on the roads.

5. People are learning to give time to their loved ones.

6. People are learning to respect doctors

7. Less focus on communal riots and social gathering related to agitations.

8. Thorough checking in airports which can  stop smuggling,illegal infiltration,human trafficking.

9. Masks not just filter SARS-CoV-2 ( i.e Novel Coronavirus) but it also filters cigarette smoke,smog,dust and air pollutants. Many countries have seen cases of respiratory diseases due to passive smoking. Mask will help protect us from other pollutants too.

You can play your role to support change for the better, fearlessness is all that's required for doing something right for the right.

The recently released movie "Gumnaami" which is based on declassification of files related to death of late freedom fighter  Shri Subhash Chandra Bose shows that in India only the supreme power wins at the end. No matter even if that power is supporting the negativity and trying to suppress the truth and reality. 

The immense efforts of journalists  who've done intense research for years under "Mission Netaji" to prove to Indian parliament that Netaji did not die in plane crash and he has lived in India as monk till 1985 all went in vain just because of such supreme power who didn't want the truth to win.The truth which is so simple to be proved is taking years for final judgment just because of hindrances by negative powers.

I hear the honest IAS/IPS officers gets transferred quite frequently because they try to be whistleblower against wrongdoings of supreme power in their field. 

I also hear one who's honest amongst the crowd of corrupt people also has to suffer the most be it in political career, during struggle for freedom,during professional jobs or even in business entrepreneurship.

Reason for relating the story of movie "Gumnaami" with the story of various workplaces in present India is just to make all of us aware that we've not yet got Independence from those supreme powers in various workplaces in various parts of our country. Many brave hearted freedom fighters gave up their life just to make us free from slavery. It will be an honour for those late martyrs If anyone of us will show the courage to become whistleblower for anything wrong that such supreme powers try to do for their hidden benefits. 

Many have sacrificed their lives and that's why we're living a normal life in peaceful environment. So,if we can do our bit towards such people then we contribute towards late as well as living souls who've fought and still fighting for freedom of speech and expression.
